They look very much like the type/style of lens mounting that is on many of
the old plate back stereo cameras in my collection, mainly the French ones.
My Rolleidoscop, Contessa, Kosmo Klack, and both Voigtlanders have
consecutive numbers. That's what makes me suspect they were for stereo, but
maybe not, I can't be 100% sure. Could be it was one of those things that
was expected from good manufacturers at one time, and the number rings were
put in after checking FL. None of my 35mm stereo's have consecutive
numbers.
If any of you guys want to bid on them I'll take 25% off the selling price
for you and if they don't turn out to be matched in FL you can send them
back and I'll stick them back on eBay.
