You re-mounted 2 of the 3 slides a sent you. Both of these I
viewed with no problems, no eyestrain. One was easier than the other....
the gazebo shot was a bit more hard to fully fuse at once...but not the
least bit uncomfortable. I think this is good evidence that I can tolerate
a lot of on film deviation, right? The third one you mentioned was pseudo,
I switched them and they worked perfect....this is how I got on my wild
goose chase about how in the world I could possibly be confusing the left
and right shot.... This may have been difficult for you to see since the
chips were already trimmed on each edge.
Alan, I like your suggestion of metal to metal...the mounts did
have some rubber one and the QR plate had cork. This is room for error.
