Hmm, the old link in the archives didn't work any more, so I
navigated to the top level of the Japanese link and found an
"English version" link:

The product picture links appear not to be working.

If I'm reading things correctly, the "display" viewer (25x80 lenses)
with light box is 128,000 yen (approximately $1,200 at current exchange
rates).  Without the pictures it is hard to tell what is what; it
appears an STL viewer and separate light box could be had for the
equivalent of about $700.
