The original instructions Joel sent around asked that images
be numbered starting at 5 (Joel used 1-4).  The "guest slides"
from Joel and Les that were included were numbered 100-107.
Unfortunately that meant that to number the images as requested
required over-riding the default number proposed by the software,
and not everyone picked up on that nuance.  So to follow the
original plan, you should number your entries starting at 21
instead of at 124.  (Obviously not everyone listed their slides
on the folio comments page.)

Aside to Joel: as Alan now has the folio as the first person on
Loop 2, it's time to set up a second loop for the "mf2" folio.
