[MF3D.FORUM:1271] Expo has begun!

The expo is now officially en route to the first stop
on the routing list. Status tracking had been updated
at: http://www.rmm3d.com/funlearn/mf3dexpo2000status.html
The page now includes an "Expected" column that shows a
*very rough* projected arrival date. The date is given
as a range that grows from one day at the first stop to
one month at the finish. The difference between the two
dates is the cumulative effect of one extra transit day
between each stop. (I gave effect to no Sunday mail
delivery, but I did not check the calendar for postal
holidays.)

There was a last instant change in the mailing instructions.
After the package was presented to the postal clerk, I
learned that no tracking number is given when the insured
value is $50 or less. To insure for $50.01-$100 and have
a tracing number costs the obscene sum of $1.80. So the
included insurance forms (already complete with each
recipient's mailing address) were removed and delivery
confirmation ($.35) forms substituted. Deliver confirmation
only applies for domestic shipments, so there will be no
tracing number for the shipments to/from Canada.

Thanks again to all the participants, especially to the
stereographers who have kindly loaned their images to this
effort.

Have fun, y'all!
