Well, the very next e-mail after this one in my inbox brings
word that a package with a partial shipment of the black mounts
just left the factory by FedEx.  We never did get enough folks
willing to contribute $10/hundred to have the mounts sent by air
by themselves back in Nov-Dec.  So I had to hold up the shipment
until there were a few other items ready (and that needed to be
sent express), so as to spread the cost out.

What it all boils down to is that everyone who pre-ordered the
black mounts will be able to receive them in 7-10 days (maybe
a little longer for international mail).  Sam, e-mail me off-list
and let me know whether to send your mounts and film by air or
surface.

Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered the black mounts so that the
production run could be made a month or two ago.
