[MF3D.FORUM:1440] Delta Folio

It is the SSA medium format folio.  Its called Delta.  Raymond Smullyan, the
folio secretary is also author of a great book I bought quite a few years ago
with the enigmatic title of "What is the Name of this Book?  Its full of
riddles, logic puzzles and all around good stuff but no mention of 3D!  Sadly
John Baird will be missed.  However, this folio contains a very nice letter
from David Baird addressed to the folio members.  I will ask him if he wants me
to put the letters contents on these lists.
Anything else you would like to know?
