Now I know what SSA means! Rather than keep going back and forth here, I'll
make one last inquiry. Is there a fee for this? Is this a US only folio?
There was a mention of Gepe mounts, does this mean it includes other types
of mounting as opposed to the Spicer/QVue style? How many are in this?

Inquiring minds need the facts!!!!
