Check Rocky Mountain Film Labs:

Their specialty is obsolete or esoteric processes. They claim
there isn't a film they can't develop.

To get a bit on-topic, they also do stereo prints/slides,
and Nimslo/Nishika.

Adorama lists Kodalith RT developer for $9.95, so if you
run out of other options, I'd be willing to try for
you. According to the Kodak web page this is the
developer for Kodalith film. Freestyle also lists
a "Arista Liquidlith A/B Developer 1 Quart" for $9.50,
but since their web page has been re-done without descriptions,
I can't tell if it is what you need.
