I have been thinking about doing that for a while.
Last year I got a Bronica Gs-1 which is an SLR that
takes 6X7 shots. About 4 times the size of 35mm, and
an aspect ratio simillar to 7p. I have done some
shots on a slide bar with it, but if I could ever get
the money and time to put it together, I would love to
get another Gs-1 with a 100mm macro lens (that is the
only lens I have now). I know that the bar, mirrors,
2 tripods (for wide hypers), and the cameras would all
probably way around 20-30 pounds. But, the Gs-1 uses
an electronic shutter so it could potentially have an
elecronic shutter sync. It can also snyc with strobe
up to a 500th of a second!!!
I would either have to crop alot and mount the images
into the mounts that Paul Talbot sells, or make a new
viewer (I already have the one that Paul sells) that
could view the slides mounted in 6X7 mounts from Gepe.
