[MF3D.FORUM:1665] List intros request

The first MF stereo slide I experienced was part of the
3D Expo that Joel Alpers organized back around 1996.
I was very impressed and that image simmered in my brain
for a year while I continued to use my trusty Realist.
After trying a couple of MF junkers, I finally got nice
results with a Yashica D on a slide bar and I haven't
done much except snapshots with my Realist since then.
I did quite a bit of work with the Yashica and a couple
of Ricoh Diacords that I bought later.
These days I mostly use a couple of Graflex XL rangefinder
cameras which have interchangeable lenses and use the
common Graflex rollfilm holders. In trying to get the
best results, I have tried pairs of Noritar 100mm lenses,
Noritar 80mm lenses, and Zeiss Planar 80mm lenses.
All of these have performed very well optically.
Without modification, these cameras have a minimum lens
separation of 130mm, which is a disadvantage, but since
I tend to shoot mostly scenics, being slightly hyper has
not really been much of a problem.
I still have a great desire to make MF 3D cameras, but
I struggle to find the free time, and I still can't nail
down a design that will fit most of my requirements while
being doable in a reasonable amount of time with my current
construction skills (I'll get there someday).
