I don't have that scanner but some experience with scanning.
There may pe a preset option in the scan software that would let you
decrease the "sharpening".
I would set it on a med to med-low setting and let Photoshop handle the
rest.
If it is just the scanner that is the problem, I would suggest two other
options:
1) slightly overexpose the film. This (I think) would increase the grain
structure.
2) learn the nuances of Photoshop's blur functions.
