Hi George,
  If you have no luck finding the book, you might try contacting Roy
Flukinger at the Humanities Research Center at UT Austin. They have most of
the Goldbeck holdings in their collection. I saw aerial photos of the
layouts for many of his shots when I went to visit him in San Antonio. Could
be a great mathematical puzzler!
