Fuji Reala scans well for a negative film, but I've had my best colour 
results using Fuji Astia slide film. Both these films can resolve more 
detail than my Minolta ScanDual (2400dpi) is capable of reading, so if 
your main purpose is scanning I don't see much point going slower than 
100ASA.

Personally I hate scanner colour negs as getting the colours correct can 
be a bugger.
