My suggestion would be, especially considering your shooting for fun - even
if it is for serious fun! Use quality film - always.

My personal preference is for Agfa Ultra (a 50asa neg film), down here this
film is only about $2 per roll dearer than standard film, it provides
excellent enlargement qualities and is very high in color saturation. My
second choice is Fuji NPH (400asa) - and, sorry guys and gals - never ever
the big 'K' - but as I said - it is a personal preference - your best bet
is to spend $100 or so - a buy 4 - 6 rolls of diferent film - shoot (if
possible) under similar conditions - process - and assess the results for
yourself (I did and thats why I use Ultra - its the velvia of negs !)
