Camera recommendations

I am just starting to experiment with panaoramic photography. As far as I
know, there are only 3 makes of cameras with swinging lens: Widelux, Noblex
and Horizon. I should be grateful for any info comparing the 3, in terms of
lens quality, stability of motion, range of shutter speeds (especially low
range -- I am interested in low light photos), and of course mechanical
robustness. I am also interested in streeting shooting. Is there a
significant time lag between pressing the shutter and taking the photo?
