I live in HK also and I've shot quite a lot of IR (mostly Kodak HIE 
here), although not with my Horizon. Haven't had any fogging problems - 
Colorsix seem to make a reasonable job of developing the film too.

Seen a few shops with them - New Sankyo on Kowloon side and at least one 
on Stanley street have had them.
