torpedo panoramic camera

Has anyone ever heard of a torpedo panoramic camera . The one I Am Interested in
buying Appears to be in good condition . There is a connection for a power
source [ the source is missing ] on the camera . Any idea on a fair value for
this camera & can the camera be used without the power source or can you replace
the source to make the camera usable . Any info would be greatly appreciated
