Well, the tanks are designed to hold temperature and the room they were in
designed for the processing of roll film by dip and dunk. We did a huge
amount of film per day this way and it worked well for us. I would use the
same system today if I were setting up a lab for general photographic
processing. currently, the lab being designed will not handle commercial
quantities of film...just large format stuff.
