Spot Meter Recommendations

Hi,
I'm looking to buy a spot meter.  My requirements are that it be
small and light, sensitive and not to expensive.  It doesn't have
to be an extremely narrow angle and given my requirements it will
probably be second hand.  Any comments on makes and models or
experiences with spot meters are appreciated.
