Horizon 202 focus

I have just bought a Horizon 202 and tested 2 rolls of film on it. It seems
pretty sharp for subjects near infinty, but even those 6 feet away appear
to be out of focus at f/4.

Where does Horizon set the focus point? When I tried the Widelux, the focus
seemed to be better even for near objects at wide open.

Of course, I may have just bought one with focus set incorrectly. I do not
think there is any problem with the lens -- the images are sharp, as long
as the subject is far enough away, or a small aperture is used.

Is there any way of resetting the focus?
