Title: Re: copy-right infringement That is really lame. People are really clueless. But
in fact this person probably has a clue (he talks about copyright on
the ad) but chooses to ignore it. I don't think lawyers are
going to help you on this one and are not worth your time.
Asking him to take them down isn't going to help you much. Him
using your pictures is a compliment to your work. He
should have asked your permission and you should ask him to put your
name next to your photos and also pay you a percentage of the selling
price. If he refuses you should distribute his email address to
this list so that we may all send him tons of email publicly
condemning him.
