I applaud you Chip.  Yes.  eBay is for mercernaries and if you enter the
arena know what you're after.

The claim of copyright infringement was without merit, as the seller did
give references to public display where the images were taken.

It was simply a pitch in poor taste, IMHO.

I currently use E-bay [ I have about 50 items for sale at this time] -most
people are just trying to get the most money for their items that they can
in
a 7 day time frame . If you want to get even you can leave negative feedback
on his E-bay account . If 20 or so people left negative feedback he would
certainly be affected . & while visiting E-Bay check out my auctions under
