I'm catching up on my newsgroup E-mail, and read your Sept 28 message ... can
you help me untangle an Epson paper mystery. ?

I was in NYC late last month at the Photo Pro show (saw several fellow IAPP
members there, and Tracy from PI, BTW ) and picked up at the Epson booth a
sample of  8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 papers, glossy and very heavy  weight, with
"Epson Photo Paper" embossed on the back, just like silver papers from Kodak
etc.

I can't find the paper at Comp USA or Office Depot, and can not decipher
Epson's web site supplies list. I have in my hand some "Epson Photo Quality
Glossy Paper New", whis is lovely, but thin, about 1/3 rd the thickness. The
sample is about their "card" weight.

At the booth they just called it Glossy Photo Quality Paper, and did not
indicate there was a mystery !

I bet you've figured this out ....

PS ... I am trying to use the paper and EX printer for my commercial portrait
portfolio, but hope to do pans soon too
