With

The first is an anonymous picture (unless you start digging in
'document-source'), and only the second is a visible (clickeable)
link....and that one is still not present on the Ebay site.

You are not using them in relation with a for-profit
application....which can be allowed under 'fair-use' rules, that even
allow for-profit editorials (like newspapers, magazines etc)....
