Can someone give me their impression of the Spinshot 35 S Panoramic Camera?
It sounds like a reasonably-priced entry into 360 degree photography -- but
I've never seen one up-close. (Most of the work I've been doing to date
has been in 35 mm with a Widelux and a Krasnogorsk FT-2.)

I hope I got it right. My local photo store has a spinshot that they
never be able to sell. It is built with some kind of polycarbonate with a
plastic fixed focus lens and fixed aperture. The shutter speed is fixed to
since it depend on the spring and there is no way to adjust it. the whole
camera look like a box sitting on top of a stick. To take picture you pull a
string and the camera go whrrrrr. It will stop when it want to and usually the
image is more than 360 deg. I have also saw similar contraption on Discovery
channel. But this one is made with metal covering and seems to whrrrrrr or go
around much slower.

My local store want 290 buck or something for the spinshot. They are
trying to sell it almost forever. there is also a Noblex 150 (basic version)
that they are trying to sell almost forever.
