I am in the process of converting a Nimslo 3d camera to Panoramic. They are
selling on EBAY for about $50.00. You might also consider a Nishika, but the all
plastic body might present some problems when mounting your new lens mount. I am
also using a 47mm angulon, but I am forgoing the focusing mount, and setting the
lens to focus a little before infinity (f8 will focus to infinity with depth of
field). The nice thing about these cameras is that once you rip out the guts,
(preserving the winding mechanism of course) the frame counter is accurate. These
are nice compact modern cameras, well made and fairly easy to rip apart (I used a
dremel with a cut off tool to detach the four lenses).
