Horizon banding

After using my Horizon 202 for about a month, I have started to notice
narrow bands across the film, right angled to the rotation of the lens.
They show up when there is an even background of light grey (I shoot only
B/W with this camera). I assume this is due to jerky ratation of the lens.

Is there any way to elimate this banding problem?
