More Spherical VR-techniques

I have been looking for more spherical-panorama 
resources (aside from LivePicture and IPIX) and
checked VRML, specifically the VRML-background node. 
While it is not perfect (zooming has to be added 
via script, and image resolution is not overwhelming)
it works. 

I have set up a proof-of-concept example at my website 
together with RealVR and QTVR versions, see

I also included a step-by-step explanation on how 
to generate the images using my free plug-in 'Panorama Tools'.
