Hi Steve,
I didn't remove the mount from the front panel of an RB, I removed the
entire front panel, shutter cocking mechanism and all, then modified it
so that I could cock the shutter from outside of the panel. I would have
bypassed the arsat route altogether had I been able to find an RB 37mm,
but as luck would have it, just when I finished the Arsat adaption one
turned up, but the cash was gone by that stage. C'est la vie.
