Subject: Questions on Chrome Film - Advice
Thanks to everyone who wrote giving opinions on the Chrome Film.
>From the scenics I have seen (hill towns, tile roof villages Etc) there is
a
lot of brownand shades of reds. Agfachrome always used to seem (To my
visualisation) to favor those colors. I do not feel that Velvia would be the
best to work with there (but great greens)
I just received a catalog from The Film Shop (www.filmshop.com) and they do
list the RSX II film in 120 and 35mm in 50,100,and 200 ASA. I know the
Ektachrome E100SW does a wonderfull job in places like Arches and
Canyonlands,
and I understand the SV is really nice. But I still would like to consider
the
Agfa for Europe. (and I know it's not that far away, but sure different than
USA scenics)
thanks to all Chuck Peterson (aka Charles of Sioux City)
I have many brothers of Sioux nation and we all expect to hear of your
results from our many scouting party regarding film and film choices. Or,
it's your hair, bub.
Bon Voyage, Chuck.
