Ever hear of 'balanced daylight?'  not too subjective, what!  Now, for those
other tech claims, we have Kodak Q Labs, here.

mean that balanced daylight is a fixed "exact" wavelength or a recommended
starting point for film, lighting and filter manufacturers.

We have Kodak Q labs here also, it is a set of guidelines and a monitoring
program that allow labs to operate within certain tolerances.
