MTYLER- I LOVE THIS SPIRIT. PARKS OFFICIALS WILL PUNCH YOUR TICKET SO THAT YOU GET ONE   LOOKTHEOTHERWAY   FOR FIVE HALTS. IF ARRESTED IN MY OWN AREA, NYC, COPS DON'T SHOW UP FOR COURT DATES ON PARKING TICKETS, NYC LOSES BIG BUCKS. ISN'T WORKING IN CENTRAL PARK "PARKING?" OVER THE YEARS I HAVE FLOWN OVER THE GREEN OF CENTRAL PARK, NYC, ONCE IN BLIMP, SEVERAL TIMES IN HELICOPTER OVER ANOTHER HELICOPTER INVOLVED IN MOVIE
'THE OUT OF TOWNERS"...THIRTY+ YEARS BACK.  NO PERMISSION.  THE MOVIE IS OUT AGAIN  IN REMAKE. I SHOT A WHOLE AUTOMOBILE GUIDE (FAWCETT) IN ONE DAY IN CENTRAL PARK, TAVERN ON THE GREEN PARKING LOT. DIFFERENT CARS ARRIVED, LEFT. THIS IS WHEN I WAS YOUNGER  AND STUPIDER AND USED A HASSELBLAD, AND SINCE I WENT TO PENTAX 6X7 IN 1970, IT MUST HAVE BEEN IN 60'S. COPS PASSED ME ON REGULAR PARK PATROL. BEHIND HIS ROCK IN EAST ORANGE, NJ.                 SIMON NATHAN

Perhaps they just take you picture (of you holding your
camera) to verify that this was the activity you were
partaking in (would they also need to pay the fee??).
Or, do you actually have to have film in the camera? Sheet
film cameras often do not have film in them (except for the
moment of exposure)!! What happens if you decide that you do
not wish to acutally take pictures on that day? Do they have
rules for video cameras from tourists? Humm, how about
digital cameras - no film there!
Do you pay a seperate fee if you take one pictue in each of
10 parks in a day? Could be an expensive day. What if none
of the images (later) have no commercial value - then
perhaps, on that day, you were just a tourist?
