Xray scare

Since it is so hard to tell what the XRay situation is going to be traveling,
are there any Photosources in Europe that would compare on film prices (to B&H
or Adorama) or any  of the NYC stores??

That way I could buy film in UC and ship it to Switzerland??   Or give me your
opinion why not
