Um, interesting...
I have not noticed the Fuji or Linhof transparencies showing any less
shaprness in the edges. The 90mm of the Linhof distorits a bit more, but is
not less sharp. I think your Art panorama may have a problem. If you have a
pressure plate that can be set for either 120 or 220, you may it at the wrong
setting? Worth checking. Otherwsie, you may need a new set of springs behind
the pressure late. Another possibility may be that the spoll with the film is
allowing the film to come out too easily, i.e., there is not enough
resistance, resulting in perhaps a less than perfectly flat film.
The windwing knob on the Linhof is actually hard to turn and that to me is a
good sign: It gjuevs me tht secure feeling that the film is being pulled as it
were, as if you were playing tug-of-war with a rope.
