Does  anyone know about VRMakePano.exe? Apple has this as a "goodie" on
their site 

(http://apple.com/quicktime/developers/samplecode.html#qtvr) 

to allow a simple 360 degree panoramic image to generate a qtvr movie.

I've used earlier versions with a MAC and  on a PC that worked fine though
somewhat limited. This incarnation required you to rotate it 90 degrees
counterclockwise, make the long dimension divisible by 96 and short
dimension by 4 and be a pict image.

I have tried the 4/13/98 version but doesn't seem to work on either of my
Win98 machines. I assume you're 1st supposed to open a panoramic image but
the file requester defaults to a *.mov file (the output format for a qtvr).
If I give it a target output file (like panorama.mov), it complains that it
doesn't exist. If I rename a panoramic image to a .mov extension, it does
nothing.  The "Make Pano Movie" function didn't seem to do anything either.

Any clues?
