Two things comes to my mind:
Check if the leak is all on the same place on the negative (so it is not
depending on the light source position)
The back of the film is not against a plate but has a "light box" molded in
the back cover. If your film base is very transparent I can imagine that the
reflected back light can cause a light strip. I have covered mine with
non-reflective material. Just speculating here.
Good luck with the new roll.
BTW, don't you experience a blue thin line in the bottom side of your
pictures?

Out of the 20 or so shots, all but 3 or 4 did not have some degree
of=
a
light leak. I can only say that the first two were taken in
overcast=
light
and hence no light leak, but the other 1 or 2 I cannot remember my
sp=
eed or
aperture, but all were taken in the faster mode, either 1/60, 1/125
o=
r 1/250
and this is not the model with the 1/500 speed.
I will be processing a roll that I shot this morning and see if I
get=
the
same results. Wish me luck.
