I almost forgot one other piece of advice from the attorney:

While your response to the UK attorney was excellent and justified, do not, I 
repeat, do not offer any more information to them!!!  The case is theirs to 
prove.  Any further information you give them at this point only gives them a 
chance to attack it, or change their basis of proceeding!
