I assume IPIX are monitoring this newsgroup?

I would be interested to here a response from IPIX on
this issue, assuming they it would not effect any legal
proceedings they are considering in the European Courts?

I have been discussing the use of VR fisheye images in multimedia
interactive as part of a £15,000,000 refurbishment and re-display of
Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery in Glasgow, Scotland. Glasgow
has the largest collection of municipal art in Europe and Kelvingrove was
(once again) the most visited tourist attraction in Scotland last year.

We are about to evaluate a number of software options for producing the
images, including Helmut's.

On a personnel level and having downloaded Helmut's software,
I am very interested in how this matter is being handled.

Best wishes
