Please don't worry about these people. It's your site, it's your software
and your life. You don't owe anyone anything not us, and particularly not
ipix. Make the decisions that are right for you. Too many people give plenty
of advice when they aren't the ones that have to face the consequences (and
bills).

Personally I hope you tough it out with ipix, but it's your decision. You
certainly aren't without friends and kindred spirits on this list.

BTW, if ipix offer you $1,000,000 to prop up their software, I'd say yes!
;-)

The voluntary closing of my site is now starting
to diminish my reputation. I am getting mail of the
kind 'If you did not violate their (IPIX) rights, why did
you close it?', and worse.

I have closed my site only to keep damages low. If
I loose the case, I will have to pay a lot more, if I didn't
respond to their initial request. And being innocent
(which I am IMHO) does not guarantee winning the battle.

After 4 days of silence I have send a reminder today,
setting a time limit on Wednesday. I hope I can open
the site again by then.
