These things never cease to amaze me....8-)) Got this
in my mailbox tonight:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I
use the HORIZON 202 panoramic camera and i'm quite happy with it. I do
have three of them, one was especially ordered with a different focusing
distance(it focus at 2meters at 2.8) But i do have a great problem when i
take pictures in SUNNY BRIGHT DAY. No matter wich of the three cameras i use
i find in my negatives perfectly PARALLEL STRIPES. It is not a problem of one
of my cameras ,in some of them is more evident than in the others but
is quite visible in any camera. The stripes i am talking about are ,for
example in a slide film in a blue sky ,darker and sometimes there
are lighter stripes(but mostly i fixed it painting completely black the
curtain for the lighter ones). Very important this happen when i
use1/250 and is less evident with 1/125 and even less (but still
visible) with 1/60 .It is extremely evident with 1/500(the camera i ordered
with shorter focusing distance has it!) I do not have any of this problem in
not so sunny and bright days or in interiors when the light
is softer. Does anybody experienced the same problem?Does anybody have any
solution or at least an explanation for that? Thank you for your
attention.
