i am proud to be included in the group who received all three messages, posted several minutes apart. i printed all three on my canon multipass 5000 printer attached to my compaq presario. honestly i see very little differences in the messages except for the time stamp of dispatch. since i am relatively new and inept with computers i am going to consult with th superstore where i get my bc-20 canon ink cartridges. they may be able see and explain differences which i have not learned to discern. simon nathan

No I was having some kind of server problem, which told me the mail was
returned- user unknown.The problem went away , and everyone got the
"returned mail"  So everyone got three.
