tell me where they are available from...preferably in the UK.
 
I don't know where to find it in UK
In France, I bought 3 last year but I sold them. I will try to find others in the next  months and I will send you my informations (I am afraid Panavision Super Wider isn't still imported in France - Panavision is a Japanese company - but other companies are making same device)
