I will most likely not make it to the IAPP meeting this year.
But is sound like a fun discussion. In my cursory
exploration of rotating cameras I failed to consult the Panoramic Timeline on the IAPP
site. There you will find that an M. Garella in England made and patented a
rotating camera in 1857! Damn the glass plate, full spin ahead . .
