filters for Noblex135U

I recently purchased a filter for a Noblex135U. It is a round disk about
the size of a quarter with the retangular filter in the center. Can someone
explain to me how this is supposed to be mounted on the lens. I cannot see
anyway to fits this to the camera. Thanks for any info.
