you should have her check out www.cyclovision.com.
they have a camera called the parashot. haven't tested it out yet, but it
suppossedly shoots a full 360 pano in low rez with a web server to update
panos for viewing on your web page. the full 360 web cam of sorts.
maybe she can tie something similar into a streaming video web feed.
if so, I'll buy one.
