THERE HAS BEEN SOME CONFUSION AS TO OUR INTENT TO PAY $0.50 PER
PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE ACCEPTED ON CD, AS STATED BELOW IN OUR 6/21/99 EMAIL.

WE ARE A INTERNET STOCK PHOTO AGENCY. WE DO NOT BUY IMAGES. WE REPRESENT
PHOTOGRAPHERS AND MARKET THEIR IMAGES. WE ACCEPT A 50% COMMISSION RATE UPON
SALE OF ANY IMAGES. WE USE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOTOQUOTE SOFTWARE TO
ESTABLISH USAGE FEES.

THE $0.50 PER CD IMAGE ACCEPTED IS ONLY AN INDUCEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS TO
SEND US THEIR IMAGES ON CD FOR REVIEW. WE FELT THIS MAY OFFSET SOME OF THE
PHOTOGRAPHERS' COST OF SCANNING THEIR IMAGES AND SUBMITTING TO OUR AGENCY
FOR REVIEW.

WE USE THE LOW-RESOLUTION PREVIEW IMAGES AS A MARKETING TOOL. WE POST THE
IMAGES ON OUR WEBSITE AT THE REQUEST OF BUYING CUSTOMERS,  WHO COMPLETE OUR
FREE PHOTOSEARCH FORM AT

IF A CUSTOMER WISHES TO PURCHASE RIGHTS TO AN IMAGE WE CONTACT THE
PHOTOGRAPHER AND REQUEST A SCAN TO THE BUYERS SPECIFICATIONS. IF THE
PHOTOGRAPHER DOES NOT HAVE SCANNING CAPABILITY, THEY CAN SEND US THE
ORIGINAL FOR SCANNING IN HOUSE. SINCE USE OF THE IMAGE IS PAID FOR IN
ADVANCE BY THE CLIENT, THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL NORMALLY RECEIVE A CHECK FOR
50% OF THE USAGE FEE WITHIN 3 WEEKS.

WE HOPE THIS CLEARS UP ANY MISCONCEPTION.
