SUPER WIDE PANORAMIC ANGLE 6x9 BROOKS PLAUBEL CAMERA

Extremely clean Brooks Plaubel Veriwide 100 (=100 degree view) 6x9
panoramic-type camera, with supersharp, distortion free, 47/f8 S-Angulon
lens, focusing mount (with very convenient click stops for common hyperfocal
distances at infinity, 20ft, 6ft, down to 2.5ft, with depth of field scale)!)
and wire finder, in original hard leather case. Seven true 6x9 (not 6x8 as in
most so-called 6x9 cameras!) exposures on 120 rollfilm. F-stops from f8-f32.
Film advance, via winding knob, is automatic. Lens glass is like new and
spotless; original Schneider lens cap, Synchro Compur shutter (B, 1-1/500)
works fine; very handy self-timer (especially for use in the field when you
forgot to bring the cable release!), X and M-contact, accessory shoe with
close-focusing parallax correction tilt (markings for 10, 4.5 and 2 feet,
with in between settings). All metal body, covered with leather (?) is
absolutely mint, 9+ (one very minor little nick in the leather covering)
looks like new! Camera socket shows no sign of it ever having been used on a
tripod. Inside of the camera it looks like it was just made yesterday!
Accurate bubble level on top. Camera made in Germany. Comes with two-part
semi-hard real leather case in very good shape, larger tripod socket on
bottom of case. Photos can be taken with the bottom half of the case still on
the camera. Although this camera sells in Shutterbug ads for as much as
$2,000.00, you can have at half that.

NOTE: This is the original 6x9 Brooks Plaubel, not the later model with
interchangeable backs, etc. Its is rather compact, similar in size to a 35mm
SLR with motordrive, and thus very lightweight and unobtrusive. You will be
very pleased with the results from this gem! Dimensions with case on: 7"
wide, 5-1/2" high, 3-1/2" deep); camera itself: 4" high, 6-1/2 wide, 3-1/4
deep.

FUJI GSW690III Wide angle Camera "Poor man's panoramic"

This clean 9+ (10-?) Fuji GSW690III is the latest incarnation of their famed
6x9 camera with an EBC 65mm multicoated and very sharp lens. This camera has
very accurate and easy rangefinder focusing. The lens is equivalent to a 28mm
in a 35mm camera (with the same 1:1.5 aspect ratio).

You get 8 exposures on 120 and 16 exposures on a 220 roll of film. Film
advancer is with rapid lever (1-1/2 strokes). Shutter speeds: T, 1-1/500.

Counter on bottom says only 80 (800 firings of the shutter, which is not much
really, sometimes I fire the shutter with no film in the camera, in order to
keep the shutter well functioning). Camera is very clean; comes in original
box with papers. Lightweight too.

Bottom line: very sharp large negatives, great for giant blow-ups!
Reason for selling: Have too many cameras I don't use enough to justify their
stay in my home. Also need money for an expensive scanner.

This camera costs new around $1,400.00. Offers must start at at least $950.00.
