Hulcherama, the continuing story

Okay, got some more info about this specific Hulcherama:

1) Serial number '62', hence indeed a very early model....any
indication of age, or possible things to check in specific?

2) Fixed Mamiya 35mm lens (645 system of course)....what would a
conversion cost for a) an universal Mamiya 645 lens plate, and b)
generic lensplate cq one dedicated to Kowa 6x6?

3) most interesting: shutter range 1/120s till 4s....this is a 2 stop
shift compared to the current 1/500 till 1s, in (for me) a positive
direction....is this related to a slower rotation speed, or a larger
slit width?

4) three 'rollers' included, for different object-distances [this is
new to me....are these part of the (moving) mechanism, or
what?....they seem to be easy/fast to change, unlike the gear-trains
for different focal lengths....
I thought only focal lenght required different internal dynamics,
not? (speed of angular rotation vs speed film transport)
If pan-technically speaking necessary, how is this solved on the
Super Roundshot?
