Noblex 150U shift flaw

Hi --
I've been using a series of Noblexes for the past several years and
there has been one dominating and repeated flaw in the lot of them -- a
pinhole light leak which results in an approximately 22x3mm horizontal
overexposed stripe coming in from the right side of the image when the
lens is in the shift up position. See
http://www.artfaul.com/scotlandH.html, image number two (look for light
stripe on right near top)
Since Noblex appears to be dodging the issue (as they have for four
years) I'd like to hear from other Noblex owners who have observed this
problem. I have these overexposed stripes on over 800 negatives, so it
is rather serious about whether or not Noblex repairs their cameras and
attempts some sore of restitution for the vast number of ruined images
to say nothing of the incredible amount of lost time..
